Beautiful weather, less beautiful weather

A romantic day in any weather.
Of course, the sun will shine brightly on your day.
However, we'll reserve a private spot for you, both indoors and outdoors.
Outside, you'll have your own private beach terrace and a large covered awning with lounge areas, standing and sitting tables.
Inside, you'll find a pavilion with a sea view, sliding doors, and atmospheric fireplaces.

Capacity

We can accommodate a wedding with a ceremony in inclement weather for 150 people. In good weather, we can accommodate 350 people.
More than 150 people? We'll set up a professional tent on the terrace of the building, with tent prices starting at €1,750.
Dinner BBQ with a party without a ceremony? In inclement weather, we can accommodate 200 people.

Wedding Ceremony

We are an official private beach wedding venue for the municipality of The Hague.
Ceremonies can be held on the beach, on the terrace, or indoors in a pavilion.
So you can literally get married with your feet in the sand.
We provide the necessary facilities: sound system, chair arrangements, and a wedding arbor.

Cost of a municipal wedding at a private location: 900 to 1200.

Party

Drinks, receptions, from lounge parties to party-roasting parties.
We can take care of your entire day or just a portion of it.
A large bar, dance floor, standing tables, lounge seating, and a sea view will make your party a success. We listen to your wishes.

Food and Drinks

Our extensive and delicious Beach BBQ.
A beautiful sit-down dinner, themed buffets, walking dinners.
Our creative kitchen team is happy to pamper you and your guests.

Fine wines, specialty beers on tap, cocktails, homemade juices, and more...
We make the most delicious finger food or appetizer buffets.
We also provide delicious, original, and fun wedding cakes.

Music and Entertainment

DJ, live music, singers, brass band, dancers, and more...
If you prefer to arrange everything yourself, that's perfectly fine.
We can help you by sharing our experience and contacts.

We create a customized quote and program for all special requests and budgets.

Costs for a wedding ceremony at Beachclub Copacabana: 850.

Indoor pavilion reserved with a section of the terrace, no turnover guarantee.
Indoor pavilion reserved exclusively with a private section of the front terrace, turnover guarantee €7,500.
Entire beach pavilion reserved exclusively: hall rental €2,500 plus a minimum turnover of €7,500.
